Dear expectant mums, I’ve been blessed this year with 3 healthy yoga babies ! Mingus, Oskar & Kayla were my first yoga babies and I’m sure there’ll be more. All 3 mums are doing well and have told me that practicing (prenatal) yoga really helped them feel good in their bodies during their pregnancy. This makes me extremely happy. It’s wonderful to be able to share the teachings and the gift of yoga with other beings, especially to the new citizens to this world.
So if you are expecting a baby, you might want to consider joining a class nearby (try looking up teachers and studios on YogaTrail). If you wish to practice at home (as well) then this is a great series of videos of prenatal yoga by a lovely lady: Katy Appleton of Apple Yoga.
