Through the years on my quest to the triple-H-life, I’ve picked up quite some interesting tools, information & practices and I’m still learning new ones every day! My objective is to share what I’ve learnt with people that are interested to progress on the yoga path or that strive simply to add an ounce of triple-H to their lives.
