We’re already December!

The pre-Christmas season is often a period when we have less time for yoga – because of the stresses of preparing for the festivities at home and finishing everything at work before holidays.

But this is exactly the time when we need more yoga! Come to one of our classes to stretch the tensions out of your body, calm your mind, and connect with other yogis.

Summer continues at Sampoorna Yoga Studio!  In August everyone benefits from the reduced rates normally reserved for students and unemployed!  These rates are also available on long-term passes, so summer is a great moment to invest in your health and take an unlimited yoga subscription (offer available for all purchases done before 20 August 2017):
