During this workshop, you’ll move through a traditional Sampoorna Hatha Yoga class in slow motion. The class will zoom into the details of each pose (asana) to learn to practice the physical aspect of yoga safely. Furthermore, you’ll explore a few simple breathing exercises (pranayama) and look into some basic principles of Yoga philosophy.
No previous experience is required. This workshop is suitable for everyone regardless of your level of fitness, weight, health condition, age, etc.
